About the the Sielun:
They live mostly in the dark of the world where no light has ever pierced. They live in a large cave in the mountains and there are tunnels that link the cave to the outside world. There are some records of meeting with the Sielun but they are few but still very detaild. Often it's the Arch Mages and thei closest that meet with these creaturs for they want to learn their view of Magic and it's flows for the Sielun have built their a large city in the cave with help of Magic.
You can easily tell who is male or female among the Sielun for the females are more human like butnearly unnatural beutifull. The male Sielun are never seen by outsiders with out their cloaks and armor and the
Their hair is black or snow white and their eyes are icy blue with a faint glow in the middle of their eyes.They are some what sensitive toward sun light but they dont take damage from it, in fact studies shows that they adapt fast to any changes.
Just outside one of the exits of the tunnels is a small village that has long been trading with the Sielun and it is in that village that most mages meet before they are escorted into the tunnel that leads to the city.
Carnix is a wanderer and is one of the Keeper of the Tome of Shadow, he is often seen near the woods around the mountian but he is also know to visit the mages and othere person that study magic. He wears a black armor and a grey robe(Think like witch kings armor
). He uses a spear like weapon that has blades on both ends and is about 2m long all in all.
He is some what adepted to use magic but that isent mutch on the othere hand his resistance to it is mutch greater because of what he is protecting. He lost his family in a cave in long time ago and was picked up by one of the Sielun Elders and raised as his own son. After he was old enough he applied to the accademy for shade and power there he found that the magic was better used as protection than to attack and so he was schooled to become a Shade and after that if he was unlucky enough a keeper of the Tome's.
The Tome of Shadow's holds secrets of the Sielun's history and orgin but there is more for if some one adept to magic would wield the tome it would boost the wielders power but with a great risk of being consumed from with in be the powers he/she would try to controll, for not even the mightiest Sielun Mage is able to controll the powers that the tome gives. That is why the Shades protect the Tomes for they arent tempted by the powers as many mages are. They are none the less hard to take down.
