car problems

I'm supposed to be at work right now, but instead I'm in a gas station parking lot waiting for the mechanic to arrive. Thank The Good Lord I made it here without a tow. Please pray that I could get the repairs done quickly and properly and that I could make it to work in a timely manner. They gave me 2 extra hours to come in so on the bus it is. I'm stressed, but I have faith that all will be well.

Thanks for all the prayers, friends. Yes, the car's fine now, but unfortunately, my Captain stuck me for overtime and I couldn't pick up the car. I have to be in before 7, but the mechanic opens up at 730. Oh well one more day of public transportation lol. At least I get to ride the bus for free.

Not exactly free to the general public lol. Looks like my transmission is slipping now. This car is turning into a huge headache. Perhaps it's time to get another vehicle.
