I was thinking of a big loving father running after his daughter in a small park. She obviously was playing tag with him, not once could she catch him. All he had to do was just dodge from side to side and there wouldn't be a time when his daughter could touch him. Then after she would get tired and feign her tiredness. Well, the father wasn't very tired, he walked up to her to check her out. Then TAG! She runs like nuts but takes only 5 seconds for her father to catch her, roll over hugging and kissing her.
Maybe we're a bit the same. God's always seems to be within touch but we're just never close to try to compare to Him. Then when we're trying to get away from Him and His big plans, God seems to catch up to us instantly (well, in His timeframe anyway
). There's absolutely no way we can get away from God. He'll be on the next corner to with awesome plans. Why run?
