Cant Function, Bipolar, Panic, Suicide :(

I am having a very hard time functioning, even getting out of the house. I have been diagonosed bipolar and panic attacks, and i have a weird thing that happens if i dont take my antidepressant.

please ask Jesus to heal me and help me, i am having a terrible time and having a very hard time getting through the days. the doctors only give me other medicine that doesnt help and i hate the side effects

I dont want to commit suicide but i feel like its the only thing i can do, i havent felt like God is helping me i have been needing help with htis for a long time and praying with people a lot, i dont know wwhat to do.

Lord God, please heal this young man of his panic and difficulties with the meds and side effects. God, bring help and hope to him, as he is discouraged, suffering and without hope. Jesus, be his Focus and his Hope. Send the Holy Spirit to him to Counsel and Comfort him. Amen.

Not sure if the links will help, but if you google anxiety, you should be able to find some information on how to deal with anxiety.I have anxiety attacks as well, is sounds trite, however dont forget to breath... what often happens with anxiety is that we feel anxious so we breath fast and shallow, which leads to whats known as hyperventilation which of course makes us feel even worse

The next time you have a panic attack, if you can concentrate on breathing deeply right from the bottom of your diaphragm. It may not stop the attack, however I find it easier to deal with when i'm breathing right

I've had some similar struggles. Feel free to pm me if you need to talk to somebody. I assure you the idea that it is the only thing to do is a lie from the devil to make us doubt and attack our faith and relationship with the Lord.

Father God I ask You to feel this brother with your Holy Spirit, drive out the doubt and confusion that the devil places with his lies and give this brothers strength and hope and peace and strong faith. Let him feel you deeper and stronger Lord. Touch this young man and heal him according to your will and give him wisdom on how to deal accordingly with this and bring him the right doctors and help he needs and close doors to the wrong ones. I understand very much how you feel jream. I struggle with similar feelings of fear and confusion. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not onto your own understanding." - this verse always helps me. Our Lord is with you despite how you feel. Please don't consider suicide - each one of us has a purpose, and much to offer to the world.

Years ago i was so hard to move out of my room, and if i walked in street the cars seemed all running to me , rushing to kill me, and i felt down to the street so easily, the body and minds seemed over, but guess what, the lord was here even if i did not know. I m still on recovery but better day by day already.
Lord, I lift this child up in your hands, too, at this moment his world seems so dark and overwhelmed, but let him be touched by yourself, drive away those dark power, let your small voice be heard, your loving hands be touched, your healing reaching there ,in Jesus name, amen
