Can't download my PMs

I have 66 PMs, 94% of capacity. I periodically download my PMs as text, and then delete old ones, but today when I tried to download them, I got this error message:

If you can't fix this immediately, PLEASE immediately increase the default number of PMs we can keep so we don't have to delete messages without saving them.

I can't send you a PM because my PM box is full.

Also, I had to open Firefox to get a window in this thread to submit a reply. In Safari, there is no reply window at the bottom of a bug ticket.

Can you increase the size of my PM box so I can send you a PM without having to lose the ones I can't download?

Hi, Just want to let you know that even though pm box size is increased for CL, I just tried sending her a pm and it is again saying her pm box has exceeded the storage.

So, is a problem yet.

Then blessings wouldn't let me send her the message about that, as says I gave her too much (only did once yesterday), so the only way I can contact her is leave her a visitor message to let her know, she still is not recieving pms..

I downloaded my PMs and deleted some, and now I seem to be receiving & sending them just fine. Even got a few from Tapero.
