  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

We make a super cheap pasta sauce but it'll only work for you if your bro&sis don't count tinned tomatoes as veggies?

Heat the tomatoes and keep them simmering to reduce the liquid
Chuck in whatever you want - mushrooms, ham, cheese, basil, paprika, peppers, sweetcorn.... anything really.

Mix it in with the cooked pasta and eat it.

I was gonna say sumthin pretty similar... Just cook ur pasta (bows or the penne to make it interesting;) ) then put the tinned tomotoes ova it (crushed tomatoes). u can add in bacon if u want.. & then put parmasen cheese on the top.. its quick and easy for lunch or tea if u havne't got much time & its pretty filling.

Also i know potatoes r a veggie but do they eat potato?? my mum makes a delicious potato soup. I'm not sure of the exact recipe, but i'll ask her it for u if u want it. Its just potatoes, bacon, sum eshallots, & like corn flour or sumthin else in there and i know she puts sumthin else in it to taste. Then she makes fresh bread and its the perfect meal for a winters nite. Warms u up heaps. I'll send her an email today to ask for the recipe and i'l post it as soon as i get it.

I'm not sure how fatty exactly these are: but ur traditional spag. bog. add mixed vegies into the mince and u can't taste it cuz of the sauce thru it. My mum does that all the time cuz then we still get our vegies:D or for a variation, she makes gravy to put thru the mince instead of pasta sauce (cuz she cna't eat pasta or the sauce:sigh: )

Another thing - again its potato so i hope ur bro and sis like potato^_^ . Make jacket potatoes.

Just clean the dirt off fairly large potatoes. Pierce the skin with a fork a few times all ova the potato and put them in the microwave for about 5mins or until the middle is soft. (cover it with a piece of paper towel too). Then put it on the plate and cut an + in the top of it almost all the way down but not right thru the skin or bottom of potato. Then put sum {cooked}diced bacon & onion on it, then sum cheddar or parmasan cheese on top and sour cream.:yum: (u & ur mum can make it low fat cheese or cream & serve it with sum salad to make it healthier;) )
