My bathroom has no heat, plus, the window was slightly open (it blew open) and when I went to put in my contact lenses this morning, they were FROZEN in the solution!!
Im in NJ it was at least -15 with wind chill.

My pipes were frozen. No water. It's nice to start your day that way. Took a couple hours before I had water.

Wow sorry for that Michelina I hope that things go better later. Not a nice start to the day.
they wanted me to send my daughter to school today when we woke up it was -2 with windchills exceeding -20 I was not having any of that. I kept her home. It is a 20 minute walk for her to school. Yesterday they closed the school for less than that. Today they don't close it can you figure that out?? Oh well...

My PATH commute from Grove St to WTC usually takes about 5-7 minutes. This morning....1:45. Broken air duct caused the train to inch forward for about 5 secs every minute....*sigh*

We have had three snow days in a row! 1 or 2 that we maybe didn't need but still. We have 5 days to make up now.
