He didn't create evil.

He created humanity as an expression of his love, he did not create pain, suffering etc. Those were things that came as a consiquence for rejecting him. You see, as long as we have full and complete fellowship with God, there is no pain or suffering.

The problem is that we do not have full fellowship with him. We are seperated from him by our sinful nature.

Analogy:
If you had a child and took care of him, always being there for him, he may never feel hungry or insecure. But if you care for him from afar, he may suffer hunger pains, feel insecure etc. That is similar to how our relationship is with God. (Mind you it is not completly accurate, but it gives a picture).

God breached that gap by sending Jesus so that when we die we will be back into full fellowship with him again.

.

No, offense but I've seen christians suffer and be in pain, so saying those who have a relationship with God are free from this and those who don't have a relationship with God exclusively are candidates for these emotions is false. I know that you're saying that pain and suffering are emotions that are supposely outside of God, even though he is the creator of all things, every little things and all of emotion according to the bible. I hope you know where I'm getting at,... even if God technically didn't create it himself he created the manisfestation or condition it was created in going by what you believe.

Nobody can say that Christians never feel pain or suffer; that's part of life; we suffer for many reasons: illness, hatred, and just often bad luck.

The only thing is that we, as Christians, have a relationship with God and love Him, which helps us through the pain of life. Have you ever read "Footprints in the Sand"? Google it if you haven't, but this is true. We suffer, but God walks with us the whole way, and when we can't walk any more, then He carries us through the bad times. :)
