Many haven't any clue. They just believe the gospel. But being born again they have ears for the truth. If they reject it, repeatedly, they are not born again.Does one have to always come to, or always have a full knowledge, or a 100% knowing of God before they can be saved...?
And in all and every single case, etc...?
Again post #60, etc...
God Bless!
What about before then...?True. (Brackets mine)
Jesus saves little children, so go back to thinking like one. That is the trouble with internet forums, there are too many pseudo intellectuals'.Does one have to always come to, or always have a full knowledge, or a 100% knowing and full knowledge, and complete full revelation of God, before they can be saved...?
And in all and every single case, etc...?

The Pharisee concluded it and condemned him.He did not say He was "The I AM," He said "before Abraham was, I am."
How can it be concluded this scripture proclaims Jesus as God?
“A man that is an heretick after the first and second admonition reject;” Titus 3:10 (KJV 1900)I totally agree with this, especially the many not having a clue part, but they have ears for the truth and have accepted the truths they have come to know, or do come to know along the way by faith, etc, until it can be known for sure or fully known or become 100% solid proof, etc...
God Bless!
I always go back to basics all of the time, and I have found the more I have come to know, the more I figured out and got honest about cannot be known right now as well, which was some of my point to the rest of you, etc, so that some would both get back to and reinforce those basics, etc...?Jesus saves little children, so go back to thinking like one. Who is a heretic...?“A man that is an heretick after the first and second admonition reject;” Titus 3:10 (KJV 1900)
If I say something wrong then feel free to correct me. If true, there is no point.I always go back to basics all of the time, and I have found the more I have come to know, the more I figured out and got honest about cannot be known right now as well, which was some of my point to the rest of you, etc, so that some would both get back to and reinforce those basics, etc...?
Why do you think I think, or I challenge many of you with that which cannot be fully known right now, etc, all of the time, etc...?
So that you will have and take a few more things on faith, instead of "assuming" all of the time, in matters that cannot and should not be assumed for sure yet, etc...
And so that we will all, myself included, not try to overstep our bounds or boundaries, etc...
Anyway,
God Bless!
Because simply to use those words (I AM) in reference to oneself was understood at that time to be tantamount to claiming to be God. When Jesus said "I am," he was not saying "I was around at that time too" or anything of that sort, and he was not understood by his listeners to be saying something as tame as that.He did not say He was "The I AM," He said "before Abraham was, I am."
How can it be concluded this scripture proclaims Jesus as God?
As for the first, you didn't, and as to the second, I'm just trying to have conversation really...?If I say something wrong then feel free to correct me. If true, there is no point.
Who isn't?Who is a heretic...?
Does one have to always come to, or always have a full knowledge, or a 100% knowing and full knowledge, and complete full revelation of God, before they can be saved...?
Can we know or tell or judge...?Who isn't?
Do we not start out with some false ideas about God sometimes...?No, but that is not the same as putting one's faith in a false God.
I believe so. I believe the Ecumenical Creeds give a precise snapshot of the Scripture says. After much debate and endurance. Can we know or tell or judge...?
I believe the Bible (scriptures) tells us so, who they are or may be, etc, but I am still very hesistant to judge any one man (and/or especially a group of individuals) absolutely and for sure, etc...I believe so. I believe the Ecumenical Creeds give a precise snapshot of the Scripture says. After much debate and endurance.
Why reject heretics after the second admonition?"False ideas about God" is not the same as following a false God.
I agree, so, what is the difference then...?"False ideas about God" is not the same as following a false God.
