Can light put out light? No. Neither can God destroy Himself. The Word of God has already given us this answer....

1) God CANNOT Lie:
Hebrews 6:18 , 1 Samuel 15:29, Numbers 23:19, Titus 1:2

2) God says He has not, does not, and will not change, from everlasting to everlasting:
Psalms 103:17 , Psalms 90:2 , Malachi 3:6 , Isaiah 40:8 , Isaiah 43:10

3) God existed before the beginning, and He will exist after the end. He is FOREVER, in ALL directions and all "tenses" of the verb "exist", pre-, present-, and post-
Genesis 1:1, Exodus 3:14, John 8:58, Revelation 22:13

4) Not only does GOD live forever, YOU WILL TOO if you do His Will.

1 John 2:17
"The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever."
My question was actually a question about his power or ability to accomplish something and not about whether it will happen. You say he is incapable because he has said that he is everlasting. But that doesn't address the power issue. If he would focus all his destructive power against his being? I guess that is he same as asking what happens when an unmovable object meets and irresistible force and should have been more appropriately asked on the Natural Science forum in order to avoid hurting religious sensibilities. I think I will do that.

yes, there are many in heaven who had been righteous and had a righteous destiny for many preceding eternities, and will continue to be righteous and to have a righteous destiny for many following eternities, namely because they have done and continue to do the will of the true One

Revelation 22:11 (NASB) "let the one who is righteous, still practice righteousness; and the one who is holy, still keep himself holy."

and righteousness is to participate in the works of overall salvation in Him

Question

What do you do with those destined to the fire, destined to the pestilence, destined to the sword?

What exactly are they destined for?
Eternal pestilence
Eternal sword
Eternal fire

None sound very good

if you mean Jeremiah 15 and the preceding chapters about "judah", then i can tell you that the Lord God says the spiritual workers/servants that commit (great) spiritual unrighteousness/wickedness/lawlessness instead of contributing properly to overall salvation in Him will suffer from all those things which all other sufferers had ultimately undergone due to the lack of adequate response on the part of those spiritual workers/servants, i.e. at least in coming/future eternities, because each of them will be in the place of any of the other sufferers in coming/future eternities i.e. in the course of the constant rotation of eternity

So you are quoting the proverb which GOD was against. Attributing to the generational sons the sins of their fathers?

ALL souls are HIS
The soul that sins shall die

The soul
Not the flesh
Though we know all flesh will die once but a soul is eternal and if GOD says the soul that sins shall die

Are you then suggesting HE was talking physical death

Or spiritual death?

And if spiritual death...where will that soul be in this eternal...circle?

Part of the eternal circle,
Or cast out from it?

Is total self-termination or total self-obliteration within the parameters of God's abilities? Or do we conclude that no matter how he might feel concerning his own existence, He is incapable of such an act?

This reminds me of a verse about foolish questions.

The question about an all-powerful being being able to make a rock so heavy he can't lift it is just a self-contradicting concept. You can ask if someone with infinite strength who can lift anything can lift a rock that is too heavy to lift. It's just throwing the issue of God into a self-contradictory question. It's something similar going on here, since God is eternal and has no end.

what proverb are you talking about?!

i don't try to cause sins of fathers to affect sons, but it is explained in the Scripture that there is an eternal circle of existence and positions of the souls, which is actually the so-called Christ's doctrine of eternal judgment (Hebrews 6:2), this doctrine is important for the worshipers/spiritual servants, because it intimates that we the humans and the souls in general can't have abundant life(-ves) for the whole time's infinity without there being any end or transition, which is useful for us (in order) to understand that none of the souls can avoid being in the place of another(whoever he or she may be) for all the time's infinity, and that it doesn't pay to be hasty to cause harm/suffering to any soul, let alone to doom any of them to suffer forever...

there can just be no departure from the eternal circle - it is unavoidable for all souls (of the infinite universe) without exceptions, of course this doesn't mean that no soul can have abundant life in heaven for many consecutive eternities

You can't affect anyone. You are right. Because every man is responsible for his own sins.

That's why GOD was angry at those who quoted the proverb " the father's have esten sour grapes and the children!s teeth are set on edge. This isn't to say that there aren't those who have sinned but that there are

But every soul that sins shall die

So where are they on this eternal circle if they physically die before believing in the Truth of THE GOSPEL?

Preaching THE GOSPEL does not cause suffering to the soul

Rather it is the opposite: LIFE to the soul

you reason well in principle, but unfortunately, there had also been, and there will also in future be, an unfavorable change in the soul's position/state during the course of the eternity of eternities, every person who commits spiritual unrighteousness/wickedness/lawlessness or causes harm/suffering to their neighbor risks falling to a lower position, which can make them have a worse fate and suffer more in the next eternity than they had had and (had) suffered before it, and this is what is called "death" in the Bible, namely the deterioration as a whole, i.e. to "die" (biblically) means to deteriorate (one way or another, or in many respects), that is why Solomon says:

Ecclesiastes 9:1-18 (NIV) "I reflected on all this and concluded that the righteous and the wise and what they do are in God’s hands, but no one knows whether love or hate awaits them. All share a common destiny—the righteous and the wicked, the good and the bad, the clean and the unclean, those who offer sacrifices and those who do not. As it is with the good, so with the sinful; as it is with those who take oaths, so with those who are afraid to take them. This is the evil in everything that happens under the sun: The same destiny overtakes all. The hearts of people, moreover, are full of evil and there is madness in their hearts while they live, and afterward they join the dead. Anyone who is among the living has hope —even a live dog is better off than a dead lion! For the living know that they will die, but the dead know nothing; they have no further reward, and even their name is forgotten. Their love, their hate and their jealousy have long since vanished; never again will they have a part in anything that happens under the sun... I have seen something else under the sun: The race is not to the swift or the battle to the strong, nor does food come to the wise or wealth to the brilliant or favor to the learned; but time and chance happen to them all. Moreover, no one knows when their hour will come: As fish are caught in a cruel net, or birds are taken in a snare, so people are trapped by evil times that fall unexpectedly upon them. I also saw under the sun this example of wisdom that greatly impressed me: There was once a small city with only a few people in it. And a powerful king came against it, surrounded it and built huge siege works against it. Now there lived in that city a man poor but wise, and he saved the city by his wisdom. But nobody remembered that poor man. So I said, “Wisdom is better than strength.” But the poor man’s wisdom is despised, and his words are no longer heeded. The quiet words of the wise are more to be heeded than the shouts of a ruler of fools. Wisdom is better than weapons of war, but one sinner destroys much good."

so the "dead" are the ones that have fallen to lower positions and deteriorated and thus become (as it were) "forgotten", i.e. their qualities have come defiled because of their sins, for the vanity isn't/can't be interesting to the true One, because He is "Light" and there is/can be no "darkness" in Him at all

Would you say then that you were baptized and received the HOLY SPIRIT when you heard the GOSPEL of salvation in Christ Jesus?

actually, the very baptism is the process of practicing faith in the true One right (enough), that is why St Paul says:

1 Corinthians 1:10-17 "Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment. For it hath been declared unto me of you, my brethren, by them which are of the house of Chloe, that there are contentions among you. Now this I say, that every one of you saith, I am of Paul; and I of Apollos; and I of Cephas; and I of Christ. Is Christ divided? was Paul crucified for you? or were ye baptized in the name of Paul? I thank God that I baptized none of you, but Crispus and Gaius; Lest any should say that I had baptized in mine own name. And I baptized also the household of Stephanas: besides, I know not whether I baptized any other. For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect."

Paul can't bsptize anyone into himself. Nor would anyone want to be baptized into Paul

I'm saying now

without boasting about anything of myself, if i witness to His Word revealing many things that are secret(s) in principle, then there must be some baptism in me, or can anyone not having the Holy Spirit reveal His truth?!

if they have another god, lord(christ) or spirit (besides the true One), as in the case described in 1 Corinthians 1:11-13
