Can Deborah be classified under Judges?

I don't give importance to history, rather to the words and life of Jesus. Overall, I believe Paul wrote most of his letters first. Then comes gospel books followed by Acts and other letters. I also believe the entire NT was completed just before the destruction of the temple.
