As a Christian can we do manifest ? If not then why ? and if yes then what we will manifest?
Welcome to CF!

No we do not!
Manifesting is a New Age term therefore not Christian. Word of Faith has infiltrated the Body by introducing a form of supernatural manipulation similar to, if not exactly like, the " law of attraction" . Other names would be name it claim it, prosperity Gospel, Dominionisim, positive confession, health and wealth, seed faith, sowing and reaping, etc. Stay very clear!

We maybe could if we were capable of 100% believing a thing with absolutely 0% doubt, but were not capable of that yet, which is why right now these things can only be done through Jesus, and only if the Father has already wished to allow it, etc. If one or more or both of those things are not present, then it can't happen right now, etc. And it's most definitely not going to happen by you just thinking you just need to exercise your own will or stength or power enough, etc. And if it did under those conditions, then it wouldn't be something you'd want anyway, and I'm just going to have to ask you to trust me on this, etc.

Hope that answers your question.

God Bless.

Christians live by faith.

Will to power is an occult thing.

Not in the manner some would have you believe as @Maria Billingsley stated. But you can take your desire or goal and pursue them through a combination of action, faith and prayer in the hope of fulfillment. The combination of the three coupled with constancy is what brings it to pass.

But you're aren't going to will things into existence solely because of your thoughts or wants. You have to put something behind it. The christian interpretation relies on God's agreement and doesn't require the individual to act which contradicts the faith and works James speaks of. Affirming I'm a millionaire without effort won't manifest a thing in this realm.

But someone may say, “You [claim to] have faith and I have [good] works; show me your [alleged] faith without the works [if you can], and I will show you my faith by my works [that is, by what I do].”

I assume that "manifest" in your post means something fore than "displaying" or showing forth. Christians certainly should show forth Christ in their lives. What did you mean by "doing manifest"?

Manifest what?

If it is something you can think, God can have us doing better.

And God will bring results better than we were hoping for.

And we have >

"for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure." (Philippians 2:13)

So, He does not have us doing manifesting that we do on our own - - and not mainly for ourselves, in any case. But in submission to Him working in our wills . . . we discover by the moment, even, what He works with us, in sharing with us.

But I see some amount of TV ministry which seems to be very much about an individual making choices and making things happen. And the person controls what God can do with that person.

This can be isolating, not sharing with God and one another as family.

And God is the One to manifest Himself to us > *in* us > how we become in His character because of how His love is living in us and among us.

"Manifesting" is pop-culture New Thought nonsense.

"New Thought" was a popular movement in the 1800's that was part of the larger spiritualist movements of the time. That using "positive thinking" our thoughts can affect reality directly. In the years since this same idea has fallen in and out of favor many times in popular culture, under different names.

It's always been nonsense though. No matter how much I may want a billion dollars, and no matter what I think, or how I think, or whatever--a billion dollars is not going to just manifest, materialize, or just fall out of the sky and into my bank account. This like thinking that if you twitch your nose, tap your heels, and walk backward in a circle three times that you'll suddenly sprout wings and fly. It's complete nonsense.

So to answer your question--Christian's don't manifest, because nobody does.
More importantly, as Christians we should know that that such magical thinking is silly nonsense.
