i hate being fat. well im not fat physically(only 120 lbs), but ive have noticed i have become fat spiritually. when im hungry or have a void in my heart i find myself going to the easy unhealthy thing to satisfy my hunger instead of going to god who can satisfy my hunger permanently.i can go to the bad stuff as much as i want but i will only become addicted to that junk food. si, ive decided to go on a diet that consistes of gods word, strong exercises in prayer, and trashing all the junk food in my life. you may feel free to use this diet if you can handle. if not i'll just call you FATSO
