hey everyone. this is my first post, and i need some big PRAYER from you'all. I've read some of the posts on this thread, and understand that most of you think that masturbation is right against the word of god.

why is this a sin? after I sin, i feel better for a while. i might even say I feel closer to god; the french call [bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse] a 'petit morte', that means a little death.

I'm committed to waiting until marriage, for sex, but what about kissing girls? Or thinking about them sexually? When trying to be as pure as can be, where does one draw the line?

There are seven deadly sins.... one of them is lust.. which Paul describes as a burning sin.. in that it consumes the passions. Hard one to master.. which is probably the reason why it is known as deadly.

Think about your future with the one you love and marry. Will your lust for touching yourself stop? Or will it tear at the fabric of your love's heart.

To begin with you need to distinguish between what you will experience as a normal, single, sexually mature guy. Only after you have done that are you in a position to look at what is wrong.

This forum is dominated by American members, and they have a very encultured view of sexuality. That needs to be taken into account in assessing any advice that is given here.
