We got this DVD a couple of days ago and I love it. It's so funny and beautifully animated. And the story is one of the sweetest and most touching that I've seen in a while. Anyone else out there loving it...or hating it (I'm sure there are some that do )??

The moose (mooses?? meese??) are my favorite characters...and the commentary version of the movie had my husband and I cracking up. They were hilarious.

My kids have probably watched the movie 15 times in 4 days.

I liked it too...except for the human turning into a bear part and the err floating dead people bit. I'm still not sure if i should have my kid watch it actually :/

I took my youngest (age 8) to see it in the theater, we both enjoyed it. Both kids are trying to talk me into buying it now...

We got it the day it came out on DVD...actually my hubby (big kid that he is) surprised the girls with it. I loved the soundtrack, the actors/voices, the way the story was done...pretty much everything. As far as my girls' reaction to the Inuit (sp?) beliefs...they know the only "Great Spirit" is our Father in heaven, and that all the wonderful changes that happen are because of Him. This movie was just as much make-believe for them as The Little Mermaid was.

My husband and I thought the moose were hilarious. I love the Canadian accents! "Trample off, eh!" It cracks me up just thinking about it.

I watched it a couple weeks ago. It was a very good movie though I think they could have taken the story a little further towards the end when his decision had to be made. But eh, it is a kids movie.

Still doesn't beat Finding Nemo!

But i loved that movie. Doesn't miss a beat.
