This requires some elaboration and clearing up any misconceptions.
The bottom line, is that we have the right to say "no", and we are NOT obligated to "explain". We do NOT "owe" ANYONE an explanation, nor are we obligated to be weighed down with toxic "false guilt", which is as surely a "prison" akin to being behind bars and shackled in chains.

There is a "myth" afloat that the "privileged" and the "elite" have the audacity to spout on and on about. And that myth is that it is "poverty" that causes this n' that. They are blind as bats in their pompousness and ig'nance and self-absorption, as they step ALL over those they think they are "speaking for", yet they TAKE FROM, and commit all kinds of atrocities against, especially the "least of these", the "poorest" and most tiniest and most helpless who cannot defend nor speak up for themselves.
