I don't speak Hebrew so I don't know what he said, but many sources (Wall Street Journal, Business Insider, Telegraph UK for example) do not have him saying "no water".Defense Minister Yoav Gallant said that “no electricity, no food, no water, no fuel”...

If you watched any of the news reports from Gaza, you would see that Hamas rockets were sent from densly populated areas. They do that because they want civilians to die in any Israeli retribution. The question is, do you make the same kind of righteous declaration when it comes to Israel killing civilians?
Oh I see the problem. The Energy Minister made the statement after Gallant made his statement. Kind of shoddy reporting on the part of the New York times to say that someone said something they didn't say, though.Energy minister instructs authorities to cut off water to Gaza
I see so just like Rome Israel has conquered the region and expanded it into world wide empire rules by emperors. They have expanded into all the neighboring countries and moved into Europe and Africa. They have put Palestinians into lions dens, held gladiator games, crucified the Palestinians, and rules Palestine with an iron fist.Sure. Mankind is not very creative in their ways. Same thing, different faces
How do you know it's not in God's plan?Nothing to do with his plan, which of course is in motion. But the foreigners/outsiders who came and still come to the new misnamed Israel because it used to be Judah, brought with them a bad influence differing from the life of the resident Jews and Arabs who already lived there in peace. It's like the Babylonian influence of the Hebrew people at one time and the problems it caused. This was the point of the Jewish journalist. These too will have to repent and find their way back to God. They are still in punishment phase.
Umm... Except Israel didn't send in an army and take the land in 1947. It was given to them. How is that any different from the ridiculous justifications that Putin gives for taking Ukraine? Both are ethnonationalist mythologies.
Claims like that simply have no purchase under international law.
Many Palestinian people are descended from the indigenous people of the region, going back for thousands of years. They are not merely Arabs. Language fluency is not the same as ethnicity.
For some historical context...

Meanwhile, Israel offers Muslims a voice in the Knesset and allows them to hold judicial positions in Israel.
It's pretty clear which side wants to "get rid of" the other vs. which side is "trying to make the best of a tough situation"
When given the option, Muslim countries opt to run the Jews "out of town", Jews offer to give Muslims a voice in their government.
To quote Bill Maher, if the woke BDS types had to spend a week in the Palestinian region, they'd be running for Tel Aviv begging them to take them in
Excuse me but what country existed there with a Palestinian government?Just curious - if the same scenario were to play out here, you'd support it?
Suppose immigrants coming over the southern border bought property.. word got out and more came and bought property, then they were to declare that portion of Texas as independent land for a new nation or the nation they came from... you're okay with that?
If the Texans got upset, that'd be a 'bad decision'?
It was not. No plan or 'handoff' was ever put into action. The British left. Ben-Gurion (the Executive Head of the World Zionist Organization and Chairman of the Jewish Agency for Palestine) declared the establishment of Israel. Ultimately, the borders were decided by gunfire.Umm... Except Israel didn't send in an army and take the land in 1947. It was given to them.
Of course they do. The whole world is full of extreme people who take the self interest behind the will of man and go ballistic with it because they don't understand nor want to, the concept of loving neighbour as self. Feral humans with a failed hybrid nature. Destined to never be domesticated and find a home in the new Kingdom once the pet shop is closed forever. The Palestinian criminal system teaches children hatred and terrorizes people who want to live and let live.
I think part of the problem is many have never been in a position of victims of oppression to understand what that does to human nature.Israel is *better* than "Palestine", and the aspirations of the Israelis is something I support, whereas the aspirations of the Palestinians is more like something despicable.
Agreed - it does look like Hamas is working things in that direction.Somebody got their juices flowing for a world war?
What are you talking about? Palestine doesn't own the territory. A lot of the territory was owned fair and square. And territory that was taken was taken due to the attacks.Anybody can be pushed over the edge.. especially when others start encroaching on what territory they have left. Imagine the response of outsiders moved in with dozers and built condos for outsiders. As was reported, both sides all along created these hostilities.
Which creates an endless cycle. Useless if the intent was ever to resolve. Not God's will to repeat the cycles but no one listens to Him.
