Has anyone seen the previews for this show airing on ABC July 13th? If so, do you think you will watch?

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I was always a sucker for the Sally Jesse Raphael episodes where they sent kids to boot camp...so yeah, I think I'll have a look.

I will definitely watch this show. I have a friend that has a son that behaves just like the kids in the commericals. When I was growing up I would never dare to behave like some children do now days. It all has to do with the parents. Teach your children when they are young, they need boundaries. Anyways, yes I will watch the show.

When I heard the name of the show I was not going to watch it but then I saw the previews and I now think I will give it a try.
I won't like it if it is the kind of boot camp where they have a drill instructor barking orders in the kids faces. Which show does that? Montell Williams or something like it. I don't agree with that but this camp seems to concentrate on things like making these kids feel like they are a part of something important and that someone cares about them----team work and learning to care about others. I hope I'm right.
It is sad how many "problem children" just need love and loving disipline and to know that someone cares.

Alot of times these kids need campos like this one, but some times you have to wonderhow they become like this and most of the time it is not always their fault some times is the childs background

I loved this show! Its still all hard to follow becuase im thinking to myself "is that the girl who is the lier? Or is it the other one who drinks?" Once I get all the kids straight it will be much easier.
I do love the way they are handling the kids, but I still think that when someone is off with a counselor crying, it would be nice to see the counsel put their arm around the person and kinda comfort them a bit. But I think they know a lil more than I do so whatever
I cant wait to see next week!

The sad thing is that these kids parents are able to afford this program because you know it has to be expensive ie: counselers that go out on the trail to meet with the kids twice a week and the ratio of adults to kids is a good one. I just think of the kids in lower income situations that could so benefit from something like this. It makes me sad.
