I always wait for multiple sites to carry anything before I post it. Unfortunately, with our 24-hour news cycle, once something gets into the system it can travel amazingly far before the truth catches up. That's why I wait. For whatever reason, however, this time is particularly bad. It often is in these kind of situations. I should have recalled how the media acted with the Murrah Bombing. It's like the arrest "mistake" yesterday:

The Washington Times started carrying it, along with Fox and CNN.

Then the freaking AP confirmed it:

So, I'm basically not going to post any more "news" on this story, because the media's tripping on something hard, just like they did with the OKC and WTC Bombings.
