Welcome No worries I don't post everyday either in my blog. Some things I'm a perfectionist about and if I can't do it a certain way, I won't do it at all. That's good and bad. Sometimes it's too easy to be lazy too and not make a post.

Guys I updated my blog and would appreciate it if you could keep me in your prayers. I am trying to fight my nail-biting addiction but finding it very hard. I am damaging myself really badly - so badly that I am finding it too painful to play my beautiful piano.

I can pray about that. I use to bite my nails when I was younger and it can totally hurt sometimes. Gum is a GOOD thing. lol

Oh wow. It sucks hey. I'm here for support if you need it. I am giving up...again. But this time I have to. I don't want to have short nails my whole life. I have my piano recital tomorrow, then next week I am getting my sores frozen off, and then I am getting acrylic nails. My goal is to not bite/pick at my nails until I get the acrylics put on, so they are long enough to hold the fake nails.

I've just got to not bite now! :o

It's very very common. Most people don't bite them too badly though, but I've met quite a few people who really do have bad nails, like mine. It makes me feel like I'm not alone, which is great, but it also provides a support and encouragement group.

Hey, I bite my nails. They look terrible, honestly, so you guys aren't alone. Can't say I chew them down to the point where it's painful, but, it's a problem either way.

lol It's a very bad habit, I must admit.
If I had advice for anyone, it would be "Don't bite your nails".

And I'm a ex-nail biter..having braces made me stop..couldn't bite with the braces..for some odd reason. I bite every now and then still but not as much.

I have braces. I don't bite my nails too much now. I just peel them off.

Growing up I was always a nail-picker, can't say biter as I don't really bite my nails...then ohhh 7 years ago I decided to let them grow and did. They got really really long. My thumb nail was over an inch long itself.

Anyway, I opened this place and with all the time my hands spend in water, my nails didn't last long at all.....now I am back to no nails and I keep em picked down as I cannot stand anything uneven and of course nails this short are always uneven!! *sigh*

They look horrid! Glad I'm not the only!!
