  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

God overcomes and enables us to overcome the enemies in our lives. Thankyou LORD!
As He has done for me QB. Our mortal foe, who inspires so many to do things inappropriate, will see his kingdom suffer from the petitions that God's people place against him. The others in my life as well, needed my forgiveness, as I myself needed it too. After seeing the truth of the matter, it was not too difficult.

We have so much to look forward to, God is so good.

Got enemies past or present? Come, bring them before the Lord. Share your enemy with us to bless!
This is one area I have major problems but with the types of enemies I have had it is understandable.

My nemesis was a high priestess of Ashtoreth I met in the military. She was the roommate of my fiance/wife. She ended up in prison for the things she did to sabotage our marriage. She wanted to use my wife for her exceeding great beauty. Because she couldn't have her, she destroyed her instead and tried to drive me to suicide by bragging about all the things they did to her. I recorded that conversation and it was used to prosecute her entire coven.

Thank you Yahu for bringing her to the thread.

First of all, may the Lord of peace and all comfort meet your needs at this time! Amen.

Thanks for conveying this. No one could argue this not being a major attack. I am not able to put this chapter of your life to any form of consolation, it is just too terrible.

But the thing that has me off-balance is knowing your competence to get to the heart of problem-solving, is your “problems” of apparent inability to bless enemies. From the small infraction to those who succeed in accomplishing our worst disappointments, we really do have a choice with what degree of happiness we are in search of.

You recall in my second opening comment:

"For if you forgive others for their transgressions, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.” (Matthew 6:14)

I would implore, while still unable to fathom your loss, but the God of all knowledge knows when His Son made this comment, knew His people would have to lean on this so hard till it may have not made sense while enveloped in pain. But that pain should not be permitted to refusing this for you. It is the road to your and my hurt’s answer to wholeness.

Martyrs of Christ have to walk their last remain steps in forgiveness towards their captor’s torment, and I suppose the same holds true for most all. But if your pain is comparable to their preoccupation of pain, it isn’t possible to be distracted to forgiveness, there is simply too much pain to devote alternative thoughts.

But I don’t think your inability is quite that severe to distract your thought pattern, but could be persuaded to agree with me that life from God through Christ as shown is our road to freedom from this terrible ordeal.

At loss for words, God Bless!

The only thing that brings me comfort is the knowledge that many of the coven members repented and got saved in prison. Those that didn't, well they didn't survive for very long. Threats and use of witchcraft against other inmates didn't make them any friends. Even the high priestess was abandoned by her goddess and her witchcraft lost its power. She was in a different prison, a federal prison while most of the coven was in state prison. She had grown up Catholic and reverted back to Catholicism. Even after she got out of prison she utterly refused to seek my forgiveness as she was counseled by her home priest.

MANY people saw that the power of Yah exceeded their power in witchcraft. MANY people got saved as a result. Even though horrible things happened, Yah got the glory for bringing many to the kingdom.

The same thing happened among the men involved in the state prison. Many of them were killed but those that repented, and sought forgiveness were left in peace. It also got many other inmates to seek forgiveness of their offenses which brought revival to that prison.

It is my understanding that you forgive those that seek forgiveness. To deny forgiveness when asked is unforgiveness just as Yah forgives those that seek His forgiveness. Does He forgive the unrepentant?

Instead of praying for blessings on my enemy, I would recommend praying for her to seek that forgiveness so she can then be blessed.
