I teach bible study at a shelter at a nearby town on Thursday nights (Free Will Shelter) and also attend their Narcotics Anonymous meetings to learn about freedom from drug/alcohol addiction. God really works in these peoples' lives and it's awesome and amazing!

I want to start a similar shelter in my city and have had a lot of opposition from city officials, pastors, and "Christian" citizens of this town who are supposedly righteous and well-off. It hurts, but I know God will have the victory some day soon. I enjoy Thursday nights at Free Will Shelter a little more than I do Sunday mornings at the church where I'm a member, actually.
