All girls schools need women priests as teachers.

Women‘s prisons also need women priests as teachers.
Why? Teachers don't have to be "priests", whether in schools or in prisons. I notice from your membership details that you are a Roman Catholic, but even in Roman Catholic schools, although the local priest might visit the school regularly, the teachers are not priests. I am not sure why this thread about your view that girls' schools need women priests has the title, "Bless the Poor and Bless the Rich."

The average age of American nuns is 80.

They maybe too old to do the job.
But again, teachers don't have to be nuns. I was a teacher before I retired, and none of the schools I taught in had any nuns or priests among the teaching staff.

Some countries see becoming a nun
as a retirement community.

Allowing women priests would likely get younger women involved
because they work more with families and the public.
But a woman doesn't need to be a priest in order to work more with families and the public. Nurses, teachers, social workers, and many more do that without being "priests".

In Catholic Schools it's very common to have priests and/or religious sisters as teachers and even principals.

The more so-called "liberal" communities are going extinct, but those who focus on prayer, contemplation, and wear a habit and veil and doing pretty well. My own diocese has a thriving community of sisters, and many of them are young.

Yes, that is so, but I was answering a poster who had said: "Allowing women priests would likely get younger women involved because they work more with families and the public." Even in Roman Catholic schools, one can be a teacher without being a priest.

If the Catholic Church started making women priests
some of them would be liberal and some would be conservative.
No. It won’t happen.

A pregnant woman is more likely to ask
a woman priest for help
avoiding an abortion.

If only there were more conservative women priests there
to help her.
If the pregnant woman needed help with her pregnancy, she could go to a female midwife or doctor. This seems another strange reason for wanting women ministers.

She might need help with money,
or help explaining to people she is pregnant.

But why is a female Christian minister necessary to provide the money or the help? It still seems an inadequate justification for having women pastors/ministers.

It may require women priests to solve all the issues
that are causing abortions.

I still don't understand why a "priest" (whether male or female) is needed for that. Certainly church leaders can speak about the evils of abortion, and the alternatives, but I would say God alone can solve "all the issues that are causing abortions." It's still no argument for women ministers. Another thing I am finding hard to understand is what this matter has to do with the title of this thread, which is: "Bless the Poor and Bless the Rich." (I asked that back in Post 2 of this thread, but so far, you haven't answered, so I am still wondering about the connection between the thread title and its content.)

It might be helpful for a woman priest
to hear a woman’s Confession.
Why? The bible doesn't teach confessing one's sins to a priest, but to God. As John wrote:

“If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” (1Jo 1:8-9 NKJV)
