Many Catholics no longer go to confession because they simply do not understand the Sacrament, or may think their sin is "that bad." Most are poorly catechized.

I am not a Roman Catholic, but surely if a Roman Catholic woman believes that it is right to confess one's sins to a "priest," rather than confessing them to God directly, she will do so, regardless of the sex of the priest. I am still wondering why this thread has the title, "Bless the Poor and Bless the Rich."

Thanks. However, I feel sure that few people, if any, would be able to work out what this thread is about from the title. Why not call it something which states clearly what the thread is about, "Reasons for Women Priests", for example?
