If it is legal to call BLM a terrorist group, then it is legal to call the Trump Party a terrorist group

The Trump Party is a terrorist group. Trump has repeatedly encouraged it's members to assault protesters, which they have obliged. They just got done flouting Covid regulations at a rally, and that's bioterrorism. Trump admitted to lying about Covid information and killing people, which is second-degree murder. He pardoned Roger Stone for extortion. He murdered an Iranian, whom the U.S. is not at war with, in an occupied country where the U.S. is not wanted. 300 Canadians are now dead because of his actions, made possible by the Trump Party supporting him.

If I called Trump Party terrorists in ANY other context, you would be reporting me in a heartbeat. Yet somehow you feel it okay to call BLM terrorists without batting an eyelash.

Certainly, and they've been mentioned in the press, but most people couldn't name them because they get as little attention as possible. David Dorn, Sgt. Damon Gutzwiller, Shay Mikelonis, Dave Patrick Underwood are some of them. Meanwhile, anyone killed by the police become the object of numerous memorials, speeches, and so on. All of that IS well covered.
A second man has been charged with the murder of retired St. Louis Police Captain David Dorn after a handful of looters broke into a pawn shop in north St. Louis and ended the night with a tragic loss to the St. Louis community.
...
“[Dorn] was murdered by looters at a pawn shop. He was the type of brother that would’ve given his life to save them if he had to,” the Ethical Society of Police of St. Louis wrote after the murder. “Violence is not the answer, whether it’s a citizen or officer.”
Second man charged in connection with death of retired St. Louis police captain David Dorn, 3 others charged with burglary

I haven't found anything that says any of these men were protesters or had anything to do with BLM.
I'm not going to take the time to check any of the others. Just because someone committed a crime during the protests doesn't mean they were a protester or BLM.

Let's see David Dorn was killed by someone robbing a pawn shop, the accused is Stephan Cannon and man with a long criminal record but no connection to black lives matter.

Damon Gutzwiller was killed investigating a suspicious vehicle outside Santa Cruz. authorities arrested Steven Carrillo for the killing, he is an active-duty sergeant stationed at Travis Air Force Base. He is associated with the boogaloo movement a far right white supremacist group. so not BLM then. Carillo is also charged with killing Dave Patrick Underwood.

Shay Mikelonis was shot by Edgar Samaniego during a protest but according to police video Samaniego was not part of the protest and specifically targeted Mielonis

There are about a dozen police officers who have been killed in these riots. I could not find the names of all of them because some have been kept out of the media, probably in order to not prejudice juries or to spare the families of the deceased.

And then there are more who have escaped death, but easily could have died...and these are still the intended victims of the mobs. Three men were blinded but did not die and others are still in hospital.

The rioters shouted their intentions also. So there is hardly any way to deny the point, even if someone wants to quibble over the exact list.

Cuccinelli said that there have been 113 injuries inflicted by lasers. There were three who were blinded by the lasers. Some vision has gradually returned. So, I don't know if you mean to say, "no permanent harm, no foul," but if so, I don't agree.

Hello April rose,

I wouldn't really say that BLM is a terrorist group though, I don't entirely agree with their views either. I had seen that BLM had started out as a good thing and they had some good things going for them when it came to a civil rights movement though eventually some of them started to riot and that is not good. So, I decided I was not going to affiliate with them due to their uprising of violent acts. I thought that ALM was a good thing since, everybody's life foes matters but, then I started to find out that the majority of people who were in ALM were people who were downplaying what the black community was doing which also wasn't good so, than I decided I'm not going to be affiliated with either one. Now, I'm simply someone who is for civil rights for the black community and minorities, refugees, and immigrants who are seeking asylum for poverty, war, etc. I also still believe that everyone's life matters. I also believe that blue lives matters but, at the same time I do see where we do have systematic racism in our politics, our government and our socital system. I also see that laws need to be changed when it comes to necessary force and immunity for police in court. I just seem to be in the middle with everything and I really just want to be someone who helps others who is not all caught up in the politics. I want to be someone who helps people in the name of Jesus. Politics isn't going to save us only Jesus can. Also, our enemy isn’t a race as it says in God's Word:
"For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."
Ephesians 6:12 NASB
Ephesians 6:12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly place | New American Standard Bible (NASB) | Download The Bible App Now

We are to stand together and pray against the spirit of racism. :yellowheart::praying::heartpulse:
