It's well known that pregnant women tend to find men with softer, gentler features more attractive than they would when not pregnant. Given that the pill works by mimicking pregnancy, I'm not surprised that we would see a similar effect.

If some women are reporting that being on the pill elevated their attraction to other women, I'd be very interested to see studies in whether pregnancy did the same.

Interesting to also note that women are far more likely to identify as bisexual than men. I wonder why that is.

I think it's a matter of social acceptability. Female-Female sexuality, (though probably not relationships) is more accepted then the same behavior between men, And if you have the ability to "pass" instead of dealing with the stigma then it's easier to claim publicly you are straight instead of bisexual.
