[/size][/font]Bless you and others for having taken a stand -- knowing well that many will distance themselves from Todd even after being restored. Some will even discredit those that have helped restore Todd through prayer and fellowship.

I don't care about adultery and divorce is not the unforgiveable sin, I care about false 'angels' and Knights of Malta.
Shonna meets Oral Roberts, who's dead, in her dream, she gets a nice blindfold which is called discernment and sees an elephant. Even an atheist with common sense can see this is nonsense, but christians swallow everything, 'cause everything is from God and if you speak against anything or question it it's blasphemy or you're a pharisee and God protects His holy leaders. If someone recommends this, well at least he doesn't have discernment at all, so for me no Bill Johnson. He can be a friendly man, but he doesn't test anything, just like John and Carol and Sid Roth. Lovely people who are not going to lead me.

I have looked at a few of these sites.
The so called "fruit inspectors"
I found that they overlook the same things
that they bash others for. That really opened
my eyes to see that a lot of it was nothing more
than the flesh and the "big brother" syndrome.

Wouldn't it be a lot more fruitful to listen to the
actual persons words and then judge from that?
These bash sites take their words out of context.
I know, it's sad, but it's truth.

I know he is deceived about angel feathers and gold dust and diamonds being found in the church, but I can't prove it.

Read the bible for yourself ... be a doer of the Word yourself ... let the Word dwell richly in you ... judge yourself in what you believe.

You don't need another man telling you what to do or what to believe ... red the warning signs about Bill Johnson and Todd Bentely and the false revival and the voices of angels and the visits to heaven and see that you are not following God, but you are following a man that you believe is stronger and better than you are.

Just pray a simple prayer, Lord what would you have me do ... Who would you have me believe in ... Who do you want to feed me?

Praise the Lord for the answer ... some of us have been where you are going and we trying to help you to stop making the same mistakes that we have made.

In the Bible when God's glory came, the people were in awe, Isaiah was a man of unclean lips, repentance, conviction of sin, they were afraid when they saw an angel and the angel said: Fear not. Ananias and Saffira dropped dead because of God's glory and now we have a glory cloud consisting of gold particles, you can take your camera out and say: WHOOOO! A glory cloud! and go film it and meet angels whenever you like, they clean up your house for ya. Come on. This is not only about Bill Johnson, but just these kinds of things that are going on in church. Glitter is not God's glory. If God's glory comes people are in awe. Like what Tommy Tenney said, they didn't dare to even move.

No, Todd Bentley's sins are not Bill Johnson's sins and BJ cannot be held accountable for TB's indiscretions.

It does cast questions over just how anointed a prophet BJ really is when he and many others spoke words of affirmation over TB such a short time before TB's ministry imploded.

BJ is obviously keen to defend TB from his accusers, but his defence is little more than an emotional appeal. It is good that BJ is a "friend in need" and doesn't run to dissociate himself with everything that isn't good. It's not so good when he uses appeals to emotion in an apparent attempt to justify TB.

It's one thing to describe in detail how he has stood by TB's side, prayed with him, cried with him, worked through things with him. That's good, the sort of thing I would hope a minister would do for anyone and certainly for a friend. It doesn't mean TB would make a good minister, it doesn't mean TB's teaching is sound, it doesn't mean anyone would necessarily want anything of what TB is imparting.

Bill Johnson appears very good at smoothing over the cracks while not really addressing the underlying issues. In the specific case of TB, if he had been fooling around with his children's nanny perhaps it would have been better to encourage him to reconcile with his wife rather than rush to say "he repented, he's back in ministry, so accept him".

It seems to be another case to summarise with the idea that unity is good but to seek unity at any cost is bad. Unity must be a result of sound doctrine rather than a way of brushing unsound doctrine under the carpet.
