  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Biggest loser on CF.....

Hey - I wanted to tell you to go pick up a magazine that I got at the store. It's Weight Watchers five ingredient 15 minute cookbook. It has a TON of awesome recipes - even ones that you could make vegetarian and then add some sort of meat for Z.

LOL

Are you advocating domestic abuse?

:snicker:

I'll just buy two when he's not with me and leave one in the restroom near his "throne."

Snickers bars are actually part of my diet plan.

I keep a box at work, and everyone eats them but me.

By making them fatter I myself will look thinner when I stand next to them.

Class!

I know it is not the healthiest choice, but Spicy has inspired me to expand my beer tasting experiences. So, I stopped at the liquor store and picked up some Shiner. I have had Shiner Bock and really enjoy it. I can get that at Wal Mart.

I decided to go to the Liquor store to actually try some of their other brews. I picked up a Bohemian Black Lauger and a Munich Style Helle's Laguer is this their 99th anniversary brew.

I am going to try them and see what the verdict it. There are two other Shiners I want to try, but that will have to wait a month or so until I get through the 2 6 packs I have now. Yes, I know that is not a lot of drinking, but I am not a heavy drinker and I don't need too many excess calories. So, it takes me a while to drink a 6 pack. I've had a 6 pack of Shiner Bock for 2-3 weeks now, and still have 2 left.

If I can mae a suggestion, please try Fuller's ESB

ESB: Extra Special Bitter.

I assure you though, this beer is more special than bitter.

Quite possibly my favorite brew.

I plan on trying all kinds of beers, but it will take me a while. I don't drink that often.

There's 2 more Shiner's I am going to try. Then, I was told to try Fat Tire. Then, I will have to try for the Fuller's ESB. After that, I am going to make a run through the Sam Adam's line.

Okay so today was a total bust.

I stubbed my toe last night, tried to walk on the treadmill this morning but it hurt too bad. Just looked at it a few minutes ago and the whole thing is purple. Might be off the cardio for a few days.

And last night I was fortunate enough to wake up at 11PM to the sound of my neighbors riding a mini-bike through the complex over people's lawns.

So yeah, I'm really dragging mysef, a step and a half at a time, through this day.

The way my day went, I said screw it and had a beer when I got home.
