I have a hard time getting enough water, too. So, 16 oz a day get an "On the go" pack of flavor added to them. I like the Walmart brand Cherry Limeade flavor pack.Hi!
I'm still doing pretty good. Trying to increase my water intake.

BMR is, roughly, how many calories you would burn if you did no exercise.
For low intensity weight loss + fitness increase, it can be a good idea to set your caloric intake at the level of your BMR/RMR (RMR is the same sort of thing, but by a different standard). Note that the formula is just an estimate based on data, to do the true measurement you would need to spend some hours (a day?) at the doctor's office having different things measured.

How long do you do strength training? I would make sure that you eat at least 1200 calories per day (as long as you keep to your current exercise regime) and would increase the caloric intake if you continue to lose more than 2 pounds for this coming week.
