Big problems

GUESS WHAT!
On Good Friday(!) we got two letters in the mail. One said insurance had payed for a $500 shot I had to take. The other said that my hospital account had been closed. That means over $6000 in bills have been payed for by the hospital!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was in the hospital for 10 days. I learned (quite suddenly) that I had a grapefruit sized mass that had to be removed at once. (It is a hereditary condition.) After surgery,thanks to many prayers, I recovered and am at home now. I am in college and doing ok, but there are 2 problems left.

1. My mother was taken to the ER and is uninsured.
2. I will have to undergo more surgery and treatment for a year.
And of course, my insurance company wants to escape paying for my treatment.
So, could you keep me and all these issues in your prayers?

we know that we sin and fall short of your love, but we also know that you are a loving and forgiving god, and I ask that you take your child in your arms and comfort her and her mother in there times of need. please give them the money that they desperatly need to survive to continue worshiping you, and give the family and friends the piece of mind to be by their side through this ordeal.

Where was the mass? Does it have anything to do with the thyroid? My friend and her family has been undergoing ALOT of surgery for thyroid cancer and they all had a mass you just described! They are healing, but 2 of them had to undergo radiation.

I just pray that this mass isn't going to be as serious as what my friends family has gone through! I pray for protection over this!

My father has not payed for the bills as he is required to do. (80% should be payed by him.)
Now, my mother is running out of funds and she is very angry with him.
I am scared.

On a lighter note, I am proceeding with my treatment and I have finished the spring semester of college with good grades.

Pray that this financial crisis will come to an end.

Father, we thank you that so many prayers have already been answered regarding finances and Mindalan's treatment. Please let that be an encouragement to her, as she faces more trials.

I thank you that she is able to get treatment and that she finished her semester with good grades. I thank you that she will have a time of rest before the summer semester.

Please give her peace and comfort about these other financials situations. You know exactly what needs to happen and I ask that you will let everything be fully taken care of.

Ok, here is an update.

Our insurance company changed so there are plenty of paperwork submissions before us. We have been waiting for a long time for some much needed funds that were supposed to come June 1st. Please pray that they come NOW so we can pay the doctors before they turn us over to the collection agency.

Have you spoken to the doctor's billing department about what is going on with the insurance company? Most doctor office's are more then willing to help on your behalf and are understanding when you have to wait for paperwork to be done. Communication between all parties is important...espeically with your doctor.
