I weighed around 100 lbs for most of my adult life, give or take 10 lbs. You sound like just the perfect size to me. :)
I need to lose probably close to 40. And actually have been talking to someone at church who is planning to start a weight loss group. We will use a Bible study called First Place. It sounds like a good solid program that teaches healthy eating, exercize, and a Bible study that will encourage us to put God first in everything including our food choices. There is a journal to keep and turn in to the leader each week. It is a big undertaking but for my health sake I know I need ro do it. :sigh:

I have been so bad since Christmas. :sigh: My job with a lot of sitting doesn't help either. I think it would just really help me to have someone to be accountable to. I did a weight loss program not too long ago that had me counting calories and journaling everything I ate. It did help me to lose some but it allowed me to eat without having a balanced diet. And the spiritual side of it was really lacking.I found myself questioning a lot of things they said.
Well I am glad for stretch pants but I want to get back to wearing belts once again. :help:

Well, I do as I please too, Bev when it comes to eating. That' s the problem. I really do much better with a group that I can answer to. It makes it easier for me if I am with others who are struggling with the same issue where we can encourage and pray for one another.

I have a problem with my weight these days. Sitting in front of this computer for such long hours has helped the tire around the middle to grow. I don't think it's that I overeat, I need more exercise, and how I hate walking or swimming or any of those activities. Doing lots of gardening does nothing. I need to 'burn' the fat. I would love to have someone go walking with me, as that would pass the time and you can think on other things. Oh boy! woe is me :sigh:
