Oh, I'm sorry you misunderstood my query - you do not have an obligation to know it.

Just kinda makes sense that people who could not care less about showing up in a mass crowd unmasked (remember super spreader events?) would care about wearing them anywhere else.
Well again. Wearing masks outside generally, was not an expectation as I recall though you're right, close quarters would make it a good idea. I do recall some wearing masks but the majority not.
It was a majority of Americans that saw the lack of efficacy in mask wearing - regardless of party.
What do you mean "saw"?
Because it's REALLY hard to see the efficacy of wearing a mask. If you're in a room with a mask with 100 people and 30 of them are sick (though you are unaware) and you don't get sick, you won't notice the efficacy of a mask because you may not be aware of how "well" it is working as it's maintaining a status quo.

Conversely, if you hug a relative who is sick and you're wearing a mask and they cough on you, you would think masks don't work.

And this shows a great lack of understanding on your part on how the masks would still be effective.
No, it doesn't. I have had doctors and nurses tell me how ineffective the vast majority of the masks were that people used during the pandemic.

Did they define "ineffective"? I DO know there were types of masks that were cheap that were not super useful.
