Hunter Biden paid his father nearly $50,000 in monthly rent while living at the president’s Delaware home where classified documents were being stored, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Joe charged his son 598,920.00 a year to rent a room in his house?

Anyone (everyone) find that unusual?

Then combine it with Hunter (actual application in the link) on an application claims he owns the house.

Honest, you can't make this stuff up!

Yeah, I've been really following this too.

I kind of see it as an example of "He who lives by the Sword shall also die by the Sword". In this case, many presidents have probably taken liberties with classified documents. and been careless but the whole previous Mar-Lago raid was such a departure from past precedent, and they went out of their way to do it for obvious pollical reasons, even in spite of the recognized ability for Presidents to declassify such information...... that well they are being hoisted by their own petard. Those that live in glass houses should not throw stones and Joe Biden has decades of bumbling around even before he started to enter into cognitive decline and senility in recent years.

PS -It is also funny that the press has just also started to realize or remember his past as far as being a pathological liar (his penchant for always being at center of some historical event when he gives speeches etc.)

The high resolution scanner and the multipoint VPN and the Iridium phone and the Faraday cage in such a room don't come cheap.

Money laundering?
That seems like the implication based on how much the rent is. It also fits in with other things found on the Hunter Laptop like Hunter complaining to his daughter how he is expected to pay "Pop's bills" and hand over half his pay checks to pop. A conservative YouTube video blogger Liberal Hivemind had a video that covered screen shots of such things under the title "We Found the Money!"

But this cannot be since the president is an honest man and would only raise his son to be an honest man.

Yeah that too. 10% at least seems like a reasonable honorarium, while with Hunter he seems like he is getting paid like a Temp Agency for any job Hunter got that largely came directly from his connections or pulling the strings. I wonder how they are secretly running things now, that Hunter is making big bucks on his paintings.....?

Why do we think he's listing rent paid to his father and not commercial rent paid by his law firm - the law firm that's named a couple lines above, at the top of this specific section?
Because it is, residential property shown in both 'previous residence' and the address he is applying for. Pictures of application and of the properties themselves are here: Page 2

The lease is being paid by a company.

Former residence:

Residence being applied for:

1. Very clearly not commercial rent.
2. Rent would have been paid to the home owner - his father.

Not that hard to understand why we know he paid rent to his dad. It's in his own handwriting and photo's clearly show they are residences.

Are you serious? Did you even read the application? It quite clearly has the Barley Mill Rd address listed as his "current address" and the Loughboro Rd address listed as the "previous address." It would be hard for you to be more wrong.

Nowhere does it say what place he's applying for, and while it's easy enough to infer that the monthly rent would apply to one of those two addresses, it's not guaranteed since we also know that he paid commercial rent.

To that point, if you go re-read the source link of the OP in that other thread, or the subsequent comments referencing it, you'll notice that it's been updated to point out that Breitbart has discovered that this amount does, in fact, correspond to commercial rent that Hunter paid.

It's obvious by now that shady dealings are going between Joe and Hunter Biden.
What's obvious is that people can't be bothered to read before slinging accusations.

I typically read from top to bottom. I also know that BOTH are residential, not commercial.

  • This is wrong. The figure in question — $49,910 — matches the quarterly rent for office space at House of Sweden, home to the Swedish and Icelandic embassies on K Street in Washington, D.C.
  • Business records show that an office for Rosemont Seneca Advisors, an investment firm co-founded by Hunter Biden, was located there.
  • House of Sweden pointed us to a spokesperson for Sweden’s National Property Board, who confirmed to PolitiFact that Hunter Biden paid $49,910 in quarterly rent for an office space in House of Sweden.

Another Republican conspiracy theory debunked.

The reason why (IMHO) people are becoming skeptical of the media as fact checkers is our ability to read and comprehend. To wit: I offer the following evidence to the contrary:

Capture.JPG

Please note the following in Hunter's own handwriting.

First red box: CURRENT ADDRESS - his daddy's home as already shown

Then the second: CURRENT RESIDENCE That means his current address - they are the SAME

Third red box - MONTHLY RENT -

His monthly rent for his current Residence (his daddy's home) is 49,910.

Either this is accurate as Hunter stated or he is so incompetent, (or perhaps stonned), he does not know the difference between where he lives and his office space AND he does not know the difference between monthly rent on his home and quarterly rent on an office.

Or is it possible that his company was funneling almost 600K to his daddy in the form of rent. That Joe did NOT report on his taxes. Hmmm.....
