Could be. Everyone was convinced Hillary was going to win and she lost. Everyone was convinced that Trump would win against Biden and he lost.

I'm not convinced there wasn't cheating going on in 2020 ... hard to say .... we will never know for sure. But that is "water under the bridge" now.

So the winner is the one that is best at cheating? Cheating only works when the election is very close. Which seem to be happening a lot lately. Bush one over Gore by 1,000 votes and a supreme court decision.

Hillary was in 2016. If everyone cheats than it should balance itself out.
The electoral vote is designed to cheat because it is not based on the popular vote.

Back when the American voter did the speaking, they said they wanted Joe Biden as their nominee.
Now that Biden has stepped aside (after insisting he was "all in"), it's the Clintons, Obamas and other elites in the Party that do the speaking and deciding.
That may not work out so well in the end for those in the party who want democracy protected.
