I assume by "inadmissable" you must mean those with no plausible asylum claim, but I don't see that in the article.

If Joe can prove the documentation showing that the situations of all of the individuals he secretly flew in from other countries were considered on a case-by-case basis he is off the hook. The secret government disturbs me. Beyond the legality, Joe works for the people, the people have a right to know how their taxpayer money is being spent.
