Ski Free for Windows 3.1. That game was SO FREAKING ADDICTING I would play it for hours at a time, laughing all the way. One of the first games where you could pretty much do whatever you wanted on the slopes.

yes, i remember that, was some fun, but not for long.
Probably because i've only dodged the monster a couple of times...that thing was fast!

Well, I used to be completely into EQ until they just went too far overboard.

But for Consoles I like the Prince of Persia games...and the most visually stunning game I have played recently was God of War. My younger daughters and I play Mario Party 6 every night before bed. Now I know Mario Party is no real amazing game, but my girls and I so enjoy the time together that it puts it up there on my list for that reason alone.
