It wasn't filmed it was only story boarded, but here goes.
Morgan Freeman shoots John Doe instead of Brad Pitts character, I believe he figured he was leaving the force anyways,
Thanks! :)

I don't know if anyone has seen, 'About Schmidt' with Jack Nicholson, but the movie was terrible.

However, if you manage to watch it ALL, the ending is truly... touching, in my mind at least. The ending actually made me feel sad, and happy at the same time. It kind of teaches a lesson, in a strange sort of way.

Don't recommend the movie, but only the ending. But then again if you don't watch the whole movie, the ending will make no sense, so go figure. :p
I thought I was the only one who 'got' the end to that movie. It put things into perspective for the whole film.

Warning! * spoilers ahead for vanilla sky, bladerunner and brazil.* proceed to read only if you have watched the movies stated or dont mind having the film spoilt for yourself.

Vanilla Sky - that montage of
David's
life flashing before his eyes, coupled with the fantastic song from sigur ros, as he falls from a high rise commercial building, beautifully ochestrated.

Bladerunner - the
last replicant's
speech before he dies, " all these moments will be lost in time, like tears in the rain... time to die" and hangs his head down dead , releasing the dove he holds in his hand which flutters off into the rainy skies. classic.

Brazil - the escape of the mind into the
protangonist's fantasies as he is being tortured in reality.

I have to agree with the ending of The Shawshank Redemption. I love that movie. Another ending that I absolutely love is The Last Samurai.

I hated the ending of The Game. (Spoiler... kind of... I guess) If I were him, I'd have been royally ticked off like none other.

Oh, and I love the way the did the ending to The Boondock Saints. The ending credits were really interesting.

Good Will Hunting - Teared up so many times during the last moments of the movie like the scene when Robin Williams keeps telling Will that, "it's not your fault" regarding all of the physical abuse he endured from his foster dad and the last scene when he drives to California from Boston to get back with his estranged girlfriend.

Jerry Maguire - When Jerry rushes back to Dorothy and tells her, "you complete me"

Hmm so many good films

I like Blade runner...the directors cut ending...the original one was far to good for such a dark story.
American beauty- you want to know what happens in the end from the start
The life of David Gale....except I worked out what had happened
Bruce Almighty...cos the script writer was right..we can be the miracles in other peoples lives.
The eternal sunshine of the spotless mind....Although I think it could have ended sooner.
The sixth sense ...even I didnt see that one coming!
The Game...WOW blew the lid off a lot of things!
