PC crushes all... but with a PC there can be alot of hassles to get the game working right at times, plus you really can't play on a 42" HDTV screen easily with a PC.

I'm voting for the box. I have both PS2 and Xbox, the Xbox get my vote for having such an awesome game line up.

But this is a thread about Consols... games machines......

My PC rocks and I probably game more on it than my Xbox at present, but only because Im yet to get Xbox live, and I have more PC games than consol games (even after I binned my "coppied" games collection in a fit of consience)

These days to get a PC running Good games, you dont need to spend too much, but still MUCH more than just buying a consol. (my Xbox pack cost $400 australia... my PC? hmmm $2200 Australian including 19inch screen though. 1 GB Ram and a Geforce FX 128 MB 5600. YUM!!!)

The Xbox, really... is a PC that plugs into the TV and has game pads and 1 spec that developers can create for. Perfect!

Old School: Sega Genesis (Mega Drive) my first console...
New: I may get a GC when you can get them used (cheap that is)... it has Mario and Sonic on the same system...

My main gaming thingy is my PC.... 1.8 GHz, 512MB, Geforce 5200....
There's a few Christian games on PC so it's my system of choice, none on the consoles so far (and they probably never will...)

Well you could on the development PC.

Lets face it, the PC i am on now is more capable than the GC.

P4 HT 2.4 Ghz
1 GB Ram
128 MB Video Ram (Geforce FX 5600)
80 GB HDD
oh and a 19inch screen running at 85 hz at 1280 x 1024 with 32 Bit Colour and yes I run Games at that res too.

So.... what res do TV's run at?

Oh thats right, 60 hz at 720 x 576. (4:3) LOL.

And the systems spec for the game cube is? Im not going to other to look it up because I know it's below my PC.
