You see, in the scripture quoted above the Berean believers are compared to the Hebrews in Thessalonica who when they heard the Gospel - rejected it out of hand. The Bereans actually checked the Scriptures (the old Testament) to see if maybe it could possibly fulfill them rather than counter them.

vanilla8 said:I first noticed the Berean name on Chuck Misslers website but I didn't follow it through because it sounds quite severe, and as much as I really like the stuff that Chuck does, it goes way over my head when he starts using numbers.I'm not a number person! So I wanted to know what it was about before I investigated it.
