I got sick of the cheap plastic Caldwell ones, and decided to upgrade. I got it for about half the price of a new one, and it is just like new. Can't wait to try it out!!

Cool!

I use a homemade padded V-groove wooden block for the fore stock and a small sawdust filled pillow to support the butt which also comfortably supports my arm and face. Works great.

Great photos. I will be adding a weight or two; the weight-tray expands to hold a much bigger weight, maybe a 50 lb I think. I took it out for a test drive, but found that I need to sit 3" higher. I am very happy with it, and with .223 and 6.5 x 55 I think 25 lb. would be just fine.

I was using one of these, and it was pretty much useless for anything over .22:

bipod and a stuffed backpack. Train like you'd fight
I don't plan on fighting with any of my Rifles; but I do enjoy load development, and vaporizing ground-hogs.

Time to give a bit of an update...

So far I am quite happy; heaviest rifle I have fired from it so far is 6.5 x 55, I would like to get a weight to put on it but for what they charge, I will get a piece of concrete or something else. Pretty stable regardless.
