I don't believe in UFOs, and I don't believe extraterrestrial life exists. When I was in high school I was fascinated by the idea and read tons of books on them.

I don't know what it is but for many years anything I ever came across had been ridiculous stories and/or absurd 'Witnesses.' For some strange reason I all the sudden found myself in a slew of impressive case studies, such as books like this...

Reminds me of the Star Trek NextGen episode "First Contact" where Piccard is in Chancellor Durkin's office and Durkin asks him about this very thing. Piccard assures him that if he asks Star Fleet to leave, they will and not come back. (which they do at the end of the episode)

Darn I can't comment I never saw it, I was a huge fan of the Captain Kirk Star Trek but never got into The Next Generation lol.

We are but one planet in a solar system that is but one solar system out of millions in one galaxy, that is but one galaxy out of millions in the universe. To me, it would therefore be a bit short sighted to believe that earth is the only planet in the universe where God created life. The Bible is silent on the issue. Now, does that mean I think they live among us and fly around in our airspace? Not very likely.

My Father in law is from out of space!
My youngest daughter had my DNA tested. The majority of my dad's side (Y chromosome) was totally unlike anything else in their database. So it has been suggested I am from outerspace. (or at least some male ancestor)

Did you eat a McDonald's before the test as if you did that would prove the odd results! Lol

The size of the universe makes it seem statistically likely that there are many other inhabitants. However, I'm not convinced that there is sufficient evidence that any have visited us.

I believe the stars etc where put there by God so that we could read from them.

It's not like we see these things coming from a distance, not like our satellites pick them up near Mars and watch them get closer. They have been known to change/fluctuate shape. They have taken off at incredible speeds YET they do not create friction noise...and seem to vanish. However, they have left physical evidence and have physically effected human equipment (video post #12). They're something more going on than visitors from another physical planet in the universe IMO. Again my opinion is the spiritual realm.

Dr. Michael Heiser is an accredited Christian theologian who has examined the UFO phenomena from a Christian perspective. I find he has most insightful and rational things to say about it.

L A Marzulli, Tom Horn, Steve Quayle, and Gary Stearman are also good. All Spirit filled Christians.

I gobbled up all the Project Blue Book type stuff I could get my hands on as a teen in the '60s. Fascinated with the possibilities then.
Today however I suspect the whole concept lie more in the realm of mild hysteria than anything else.
"Of the devil?" Perhaps - but not real saucers and beings out there flying around abducting people, letting us take pictures of them, and periodically crashing to earth - more like his usual schemes to distract us from infinitely more important things.
I voted no.
