So, if this little worm was God, it wouldn't care very much what people believed. Predestination, reincarnation, universal salvation, trans-substantiation, that kind of stuff wouldn't matter a damn. This little worm would be interested in the kind of person a person is. Would I like to have a sociable drink with them? If not, what are my chances of enjoying eternity with them? Are we Christians in danger of stressing beliefs to the exclusion of congenial character?

Just a little morsel for you to intellectually chew over.

Love and stuff, Strivax.

If so, God can make all Christians like robots.

It is not worm's eye. It starts with eyes seeing 360°.
Hopefully, when one leave this world, the eye sight can be focused on one spot: God and the eternal life.

So, for example, reincarnation, I have considered it for years. You know what? I abandoned it. But if I have chance to chat with a Buddhist monk, I will still do, and hope to talk him out of his faith. I can surely say: reincarnation does not make sense and is a bad philosophy.

Having a PhD in theology isn't a prerequisite for entry into heaven, but, on the other hand, holding radically erroneous beliefs is just another name for idolatry.

Right actions are not unimportant, but obedience to God flows from faith, and is not prior to it.
