It happens with people who are popular.

But popularity has both sides -- I am well respected because of my contribution -- the other side is the totally opposite side -- where, you're being dumped.

Popularity strikes you -- a lot of my schoomates want me to hook up with chicks but I never bothered. As I'm a very quiet person -- it is difficult to communicate why. One of the reason is that whatever I do, people would know. I don't have a private life then if they hook me up.

I like a bit of privacy as well - and it spreads very quickly -- within a day, it could spread to every single person in the grade -- which is not good at all --

But don't worry - learn to say "No" and protect yourself!
