Hey Guys,
I'm 13 years old and my dad brought home this book one night, about 3 days ago. The book is Drawing Near by John Bevere. It really interested me, before, I really wasn't a Christian, I prayed but no sincerely, I went to church, but I really didn't want to be there. I just finished reading the book and it has touched my life. I want to get really close to God. I want to have an intimate relationship with Him. Before, I would start reading the Bible but it was just reading it, I didn't get anything from it, but now I can understand the things God is trying to reach us with. I want the Holy Spirit to talk to me and I want to be able to communicate with God. My question to you guys is, Do you guys think that I should get baptized at my age? I really want to dedicate my life to Him. Before, I wanted to become an Engineer or a architect but now I am thinking about becoming a minister or something that deals with the work of God. I just want to hear your thoughts.
