Hey just curious...but how many of you are "type A" personality? I've been told by MANY people that I'm type A. lol i even took a few surveys to see if what it would say. Just curious! If you are type A...what are 2-3 main things that tend to make you believe you're type A.?

my 2 things:

1. determination

2. for some reason ifeel that i have to be the best at whatever i do. except for in math class. hehe.

type a is a type of behavior pattern. if you use aol type in keyword Type A Behavior. it's quite interesting. a few attributes are competitiveness, striving for perfection or to be the best, very organized, anal, orderly, to name just a few. you can be type a and may be you're not very organized or orderly.

my pyschology textbook had a really cute cartoon that summed it up the difference between type a and type b personalities:

type a will climb a mountain "because it's there"
type b will relax in the shade the mountain provides "because it's there"

for me: mes gouts sont simples, j'aime la perfection (my tastes are simple, i like perfection)

I'm a complete mess. I'm lazy, laid back, and care free. I'm also a fanatically uptight perfectionist. When I make a 98 on a test I'm upset with myself because I should have know the answer I got wrong. I believe that every opportunity is a chance at improvement. If I do something well, next time I must do it better. I think I learned this from being a mechanic.
But I do suck at math.

i've come to realize that the external state of my room and my notes etc. is often a manifestation of my internal state and eventually compounds the problem.

so, yeah, i'd like to keep my stuff neat... but then again, that can't always happens *she says, as she looks at her desk enveloped in paper with a grin - studying for 3 midterms on monday *
