My 8yo DS still wets the bed about 50% of nights (big improvement to us!). I wet the bed until about age 12 so I'm not that upset by it, I know he will grow out of it eventually.
In the meantime we tell him to strip the sheets in the morning, pray with him about it and encourage full bladder emptying before bed.
We do use drynites for sleepovers and times like camping when we can't be washing sleeping bags

I actually did hope that the diet change would help his bedwetting but it didn't (we did it for behavioural issues). Oh well.
