I'll stand up here for Gregged. And, I'm here to say this..
Ty, you know Gregged is NOT here to cause problems. I've never known him (and granted I've not been here as long as some of you) to do so. I've only seen good encouraging things from him, and Yes, he is a good friend of mine, and one I am proud to have in my court. But, you know as well as I do, that this was only a wake up call to him. His convictions were there well before any other issues surfaced, and I know he was troubled by it. He was only doing it I believe to help you out. So, for that you should be grateful. But, you should also not do this like this. Why report the posts?
This whole thing is sad, and you should, as a brother in Christ, do what you know God would have you to do, and let this go. But, you seem to have a problem with letting things go, and proving that you have to be right in all things. There is only one King here, Ty, and that should be Jesus Christ.
I am so disappointed and sad over this whole thing.
What message is this sending to the newbies out there?? to the ones struggling?
If you want to get right down to it, you have equated blessings to money, and then according to that, we can pull scripture from the Bible to support it's wrong.
Bless the newbies, but from another fund that has nothing to do with the lottery. You would not sit alcohol before an alcoholic and expect him not to take a drink..
