BDD starting up. Hair cutting a little. Help

Hey Earth Angels:

I have been doing so well with my BDD. My hair has grown out and I can style it. I'm in a danger zone I'm afraid because I started cutting a little today. It's still intact but I know from past experience the cutting may continue until my BDD is full blown. It creeps up on me.

I need some support desperately. I need your good thoughts and good prayers. I need your help. I want to break this cycle. I'm doing so well and I can do this but I need some "angel pick me up."

I don't want to have to go back wearing wigs. Argh. I really really hate that.

BDD? Is that Body Dysmorphic Disorder? Not sure what it is here.

I understand how you are feeling about once you start, it is hard to stop cutting. Try to resist it. Pray and use self-soothing.
