I don't think that part of the movie worked. Bruce Wayne never spent nights at home.

Yeah...I'm totally excited about this too. I'm a huge fan and have been waiting for a proper adaptation for awhile. Script, director, cast is all great. Bale is so great for Batman!

Anyway, you guys should check out some of the source material for this like BATMAN: YEAR ONE and THE LONG HALLOWEEN. You can get them at Barnes and Borders usually. YEAR ONE is only like 90 pages and around $10 in the States.

June 17 can't come quickly enough!

I'm sure that Zimmer and Howard will do a fine job, but I've been a bit disappointed that David Julyan isn't doing it. He did all of Nolan's previous films and it just made for a wonderful combo with Nolan's style. I was very excited about what he'd do with Batman, but maybe they'll pair back up for Nolan's next film/s -- THE PRESTIGE and/or THE EXEC.

I love action films. I absolutely love them. Action is my favorite genre. But I really do not like it when they mix romance in it. I am a bit of a romantic, but stay out of action films, lol. This news just makes me more excited about seeing it. Bale is an excellent actor and will do fantastically as Batman.
