Lily, in the precise split-second that you confessed Jesus as your Savior (Romans 10:8-13) you received the Holy Spirit. He is there in you now, always ready to Spiritually guide you. Go to God in prayer. Thank Him for salvation in Jesus. Thank Him for the indwelling Holy Spirit. Thank Him that Jesus, our Savior, is in Heaven at this very moment, interceding for you. Jesus doesn't beg. He just says "Father, this one listening and speaking now is cherished. Thank You for cherishing her."

.........and go on your way rejoicing.

No. You receive all the Holy Spirit you're going to get when upon regeneration (in other words, when you get saved).

Biblically speaking, there's no such thing as baby baptism, as the Bible portrays baptism as a public testimony to one's salvation and something an infant can neither consent to nor comprehend.

Can the Holy Spirit come to those who have been baptised 40 years ago?

2 Peter 3 tells us that all baptism does is get you wet. Receiving the Holy Spirit takes place upon regeneration, not baptism.

If a person was saved at the time of their baptism, they were baptized then they already have the Holy Spirit. If not, then they need to repent of their sins and receive Christ and His atoning work by faith, upon which the Bible says they will receive the indwelling of the Holy Spirit.

I want to be Filled by the Holy Spirit

Are you born again? (attn moderators: this is a sincere question to ascertain her standing in order to better answer her question and is not and cannot in any reasonable way be interpreted to imply that she is not born again.)

Will the Holy Spirit heal me?

If it's God's will to heal you you'll be healed.

Actis 10:47 "Surely no one can stand in the way of their being baptized with water. They have received the Holy Spirit just as we have."

In this instance, they received the Spirit before they were baptized with water. However, baptism with water was only done upon a confession of faith or when someone's faith was evident. The practice of baptizing infants is not found anywhere in the Bible and did not come about until much later in regard to the issue of whether infants who die are saved, so Baptists do not recognize sprinkling infants as baptism. You could try calling up another church in your area and ask them if they would baptize you without having to leave your church.
